I’ve been following Travis Rabenberg’s adventure around the world with fascination (as a casual observer) for several months. Trav, (Trekking with Trav), is a 25 year old who has been on this adventure for nearly a year. I’ve followed his Facebook status’s, read his blog, and been admiring/envious/intrigued by such an adventure. Oh, to be young again and dare to take that leap into real living.
This morning I read a status on Trav’s Facebook page that got me praying and pondering. I felt compelled to do what little I can to help collect donations towards Trav’s next leg of his journey, to Africa, so he can ride with doctors from village to village to help people in need. Trav needs to raise $1855.67 to make the trip. Anything you can donate would be appreciated. To donate click on Trav’s website and look to the right of the page for the “Donate” button. Thanks in advance to all who donate anything, even 5 or 10 bucks.
You can read more about Riders for Health on Trav’s Facebook notes page.
Don’t miss reading Trav’s blog.
